November is National Novel Writing Month, but we can celebrate novel writing and the novels we love all year long. Come use your favorite novel to gather inspiration for your writing.
This class includes games and fast writing. Students do not have to be interested in writing a novel to enjoy this class (though they might be inspired to start one).
Materials-
Students will need something to write on and something to write with.
A favorite novel- physical or e-copy
Class Structure-
In this writing class, students use a favorite novel and short, fun exercises to help kids find interest and write. Students will find my classroom is a place to have fun, practice, and not worry about being perfect!

Teaching Style-
I believe in student-centered learning and the importance of structure in a classroom. I use materials to help students connect and find interest.
Prior Experience-
Students do not need prior knowledge or experience with creative writing to learn and/or enjoy this class.
