Need homeschooling or teaching English help? Resources to support YOU are here as well.
My membership is a Family Membership, meaning you pay one price for your entire family because, as a homeschooler, I know we homeschoolers often learn together!
Members can access live and flex classes, book clubs, a homeschool pen pal group, English Language resources, and homeschool support for no additional charge.

Before I tell you more, hello! If we haven’t met before, I am Kelly, a long-time English Language Arts teacher (20+ years) and homeschooler (10+ years).
I’ve created Creative ELA because I LOVE to teach. I believe a creative approach to learning is the best way to learn, and I know from experience what a gift it is to have high-quality, engaging resources for my homeschoolers that I can afford.
My hope is that Creative ELA classes and resources help your kids learn AND experience reading and writing in a way that offers connection, fun, and the desire to keep learning!
Essentially, Creative ELA’s membership is where I am sharing EVERYTHING I’ve learned and continue to learn as an English teacher and homeschooler.

Inclusivity- YES! My classes welcome students from all countries, genders, backgrounds, and beliefs, and I am committed to creating a safe space for all students. All of my materials and class discussions are secular.
Neurodiversity- Students who are neurodiverse will find my resources, classes, and unit studies offer many options and encouragement to help them learn how they learn best. I have decades of experience working with neurodiverse learners. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out.
My child hates reading/writing– I have taught a lot of kids who hate reading and writing. It’s one of the reasons I use a creative approach. Kids do not typically hate reading and writing per se; they’re struggling because the material does not match their learning style or address their needs. My classes and resources meet kids where they are and help them learn and enjoy learning.
I have multiple children- Great! They are all welcome to use the materials and join the classes.
I do ask you not to share my materials with other families. Instead, encourage them to join too!
